There is limited free street parking on Marengo with access to the courtyard from the corner of Marengo and Del Mar Blvd. or you may park in the underground garage located off of Del Mar Blvd. and proceed to VILLAGE BIRTH Suite 126 (closest to the East elevators).
Parking rates before 2pm are $1 every 20 minutes, with a maximum of a $9 charge. After 2pm it's a flat $5.
